Being a Man: Sunday 19th November

MANUP?, Guy Cry Club, and Suffolk Mind are teaming up this International Men’s Day to host a brand new event, ‘Being a Man’.

On Sunday 19th November, International Men's Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities.

Held at The Hold, in Ipswich, the agenda is packed with practical workshops and a panel discussion. We’re also being joined by other organisations who are on hand to talk to you about finances, mental health, physical health and family support.

We’re inviting everyone to join this free event to explore what it means to be a man in today’s world. No matter your background, current situation or how you identify, you’re welcome.

Pop in, grab a coffee and have a chat, or join us for the day and take part in the whole agenda.
