Suffolk Mind, Body & Spirit Festival 16th-17th September

We are so grateful to announce that Guy Cry Club CIC will have a presence at the Suffolk Mind, Body & Spirit Festival (Ipswich) this September. You can find us in the all new festival field which includes a number of local organisations as well as a stage for speakers and performances. And in true GCC fashion we’ll be bringing art and creativity into the mix, encouraging the use of art as a tool for expression in a playful and inclusive way. We’ll also be supporting the new project Ipswich.Love which aims to regenerate and promote positivity for all areas of Ipswich. So come on down 16th-17th September, we would love to see you there! More details about the Festival as a whole including where to get tickets below!

Make time to balance your Mind, Body & Spirit

East Anglia’s most popular Mind, Body & Spirit Festival is returning to Trinity Park Event Centre on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September 2023, 10 am to 5 pm.

Wellness and wellbeing are at the heart of these Festivals. Take guidance from mediums or tarot readers, explore reflexology or taster sessions in head, neck and shoulder massage. Find support for mental health, men’s health, and women’s health.

Chris Cozens is celebrating Life Arts’ 25th anniversary with his largest ever event. He said,

“We have selected more than 100 ethical and independent exhibitors and some new experiences, including a chill-out area for neurodivergent guests, preloved fashion stalls and free styling tips with a “Red Carpet Selfie” experience.

The Festival Field offers nearby camping/glamping and our Food Village (with plant-based options), an eco-art marquee for walk-in workshops, and the music stage with a packed programme of live folk, soul, blues and international performers. On Sunday afternoon you can enjoy Suffolk Soul Singers community choir.

Celebrations continue into Saturday evening, with entertainment from the UK’s best Bee Gees Tribute Band, plus support. Our bar opens from 4 pm and there is FREE ENTRY for all our weekend ticket holder visitors and exhibitors, with everyone else welcome to join us for a £7.50 fee, payable on the door.”

Day tickets start at £7.50, under 16’s go FREE. Ticket price includes FREE expert talks, yoga, pilates and meditation classes, and all the live music and entertainment.

We donate £1 from every ticket sold to Emmaus Suffolk, a local charity supporting vulnerable, socially isolated people and those at risk of homelessness.

Advance Life Arts Mind Body & Spirit Festival tickets can be purchased online from www.lifearts.co.uk, or you can pay on the door upon arrival.
