ROI on Mental Health with MANUP?

After seeing our ‘Creating Masculinity’ Exhibition in collaboration with Suffolk Archives, MANUP? approached us about including these works in their upcoming ROI on Mental Health. Being supporters of the charity - as you may well know if you’ve followed us for a while - we were absolutely delighted to be asked. With this event MANUP? are not only set to encourage business leaders to rethink their attitude to mental health, but by asking Guy Cry Club CIC to be involved they understand the value creativity can have within this dialogue, and together we can make positive change within our communities and beyond. The ROI on Mental Health is a free event (tickets required) taking place a King Street Cinema, April 1st 2pm-4pm. Scroll down for full details and the link for tickets.

Work plays a vital role in our lives. Working is where we spend most of our time, earn income, and make friends; however, having a fulfilling job can have many benefits for mental health as well!

Four industry leaders have been invited to join MANUP? We will discuss what they do to not only maintain staff well-being, but also their mental health, and ultimately what they get back in the form of ROI.

Good mental health at work and effective management go hand in hand, and there is strong evidence that workplaces with high levels of mental wellbeing are more productive. It is estimated that workplace wellbeing increases productivity by 12%, maybe more.

We are aiming to achieve the following with fellow business owners, managers and industry leaders.

  • Have an idea of how to manage your own mental health at work

  • Have an idea of how to reach out to a colleague in distress

  • Have an idea of how you can work with others to make your workplace more mentally healthy for everyone.

  • If you are trying to get ideas about mental health in the workplace, this event is for you.

Please join us, free of charge, to find out what other leaders are doing to improve productivity, cash flow, and staff performance while promoting good mental health at work.
